Goedemorgen Peanut Butterer

Peanut Butter Paddle Pops

Makes 12

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 2 tbsp cacao butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted 
  • 1 tbsp coconut nectar
  • 1/8 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter (to swirl)
  • 60 grams raw dark chocolate, melted (to drizzle)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients (except peanut butter) in a blender, blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer to ice block moulds, alternating between spoonfuls of peanut butter and banana paddle pop blend. 
  3. Place in freezer and allow to set for 4-5 hours or overnight.
  4. Drizzle with melted raw chocolate (optional) and return to freezer.
