- Gently melt the cacao butter until liquid. Stir in the maple syrup and cacao and continue to mix until smooth and creamy.
- Line a tray with greaseproof paper and pour in half of the chocolate mix.
- Pop this into the freezer and allow to harden for 20 minutes.
- Combine the peanut butter and maple syrup and mix well.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate slab and top with the remaining chocolate.
- Place this into the freezer for 2 hours to allow the chocolate to set.
- Slice into portions and enjoy!
