1. Prepare the glasses. Spread 1 Tbsp peanut butter around the rim of the glasses before dipping in digestive biscuits to coat. Drizzle the chocolate syrup around the inside of the glasses.
2. Toast the marshmellows. If you have a gas burner or campfire, you can lightly toast using the open flame. Otherwise place them under the grill in your oven - keep an eye one them so they don’t melt!
3. To make the mocktail, combine the peanut butter, milk, honey and chocolate syrup in a blender and blend for 30secs or until well combined.
4. Add 2-3 ice cubes to each glass and then pour over the mocktail. Enjoy!

- 2 Tbsp chocolate syrup
