Ingredients

  • 1 Banana, frozen
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach
  • 2 Tbsp Pic’s Smooth Peanut butter
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon, ground
  • 1 cup milk (of your choice)
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and then blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
