1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. Place all ingredients (except chocolate) in a high-power blender, blend until smooth
3. Gently fold chocolate into blended cookie dough
4. Roll into balls and arrange on a baking sheet
5. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes
6. Allow to cool slightly, serve and enjoy!

- 400 grams cooked chickpeas
- 1/4 cup Pic’s Smooth Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp hulled tahini
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100 grams roughly chopped dark chocolate
